Personal Self Assessment Tax Return Information Checklist

Please complete and return this form by 15 July so that we can prepare your personal tax return ahead of the filing deadline.

We shall rely entirely upon the information you provide us to prepare your personal tax return. Therefore, it is important you double check you have entered all the information correctly and accurately. Supporting documents will assist us in checking your numbers. The list of information we ask for is not exhaustive. If you have any doubts over any of the points raised please contact us. Please make sure you inform us of any overseas bank accounts or assets you may operate or own respectively.

A. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

If your taxable income is likely to be below £12,570, you can transfer 10% of your Personal Allowance to your spouse using the Marriage Allowance. If you want us to claim this on your tax return should your income be below the Personal Allowance, please provide your Spouse's details below (should your Spouse's income be below £12,570 they will need to apply for Marriage Allowance. Please ask us for details):
